Upon arrival, between the hours of 16:00 and 20:00, guests must pay the balance of their bill for their entire anticipated stay in cash (checks and other types of payment will not be accepted) and put down a security deposit of €150,00 that will be refunded when the keys to the apartment are returned and a final inspection of the apartment is complete. o Final Cleaning (obligatory): is not included in the price and costs 35,00 Euros. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the client. If the kitchenette needs to be cleaned by the staff, a 30,00 Euro charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Animals are not allowed. |

Deposit percentage value : 50% O Heat (optional) From September to May, the cost of heat is not included in the price and it will be calculated separately.
o Linens (optional): bed and bath linens are rentable at the cost of 12,00 Euros per person per weekly change.
o Extra bed (optional): □ 15% of the price for those older than 2 years. □ Child’s bed for children under 2 years old= 25,00 Euro per week.
o Final Cleaning (obligatory): is not included in the price and costs 35,00 Euros. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the client. If the kitchenette needs to be cleaned by the staff, a 30,00 Euro charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Animals are not allowed.
Payment: Upon arrival, between the hours of 16:00 and 20:00, guests must pay the balance of their bill for their entire anticipated stay in cash (checks and other types of payment will not be accepted) and put down a security deposit of ¤150,00 that will be refunded when the keys to the apartment are returned and a final inspection of the apartment is complete.
Departure: The day of departure, the units must be vacated between 08.00 and 10.00. If guests leave outside this time frame, the security deposit will be returned by mail and there will be a 20,00 Euro surcharge.
Changes to Reservations: After reservations have been confirmed, changes will only be accepted when in writing.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: more than 45 days before arrival: 100% - more 30 days before arrival: 50% - less than 30 days before arrival, none of the deposit will be refunded. |
